Beltane Farm
Beltane Farm is a small farmstead and artisan cheese producer making a variety of fine goat milk cheeses. Although our award winning fresh Chevre is the most popular cheese at Beltane, they also make a number of fine French style ripened cheeses as well as Feta. Their Oberhasli and La Mancha goats are milked twice daily and provide the milk for our cheese There is no use of pesticides, hormones or prophylactic antibiotics in the feed or raising of their goats. All of their cheeses are made with vegetable rennet. Beltane Farm is owned by Paul Truby and is located in Lebanon, CT.

Fresh from local waters, Bomster flash-freezes their sweet scallops right on the boat to seal in their amazing flavor. You will find this delicacy at the Chester Sunday Market tent.
Cato Corner Farm Cheese
Cato Corner Farm is a small family farm in Colchester, Connecticut, where the mother-son team of Elizabeth MacAlister and Mark Gillman raise 40 free-range Jersey cows without the use of hormones or subtherapeutic antibiotics. Mark and Elizabeth hand make a dozen styles of aged farmhouse cheeses ranging from mild and milky to runny and pungent to sharp and firm. Taste Cato’s award-winning cheeses. Deerfield Farm
Deerfield Farm of Durham, CT offers fresh state certified Raw Jersey Milk, yogurt, chocolate milk, soft cheese and cream. They will also have handcrafted milk based soaps in basic, honey almond, rosemary, and lavender scents, as well as milk baths, milk’n’honey scrub, and liquid soaps.

Dondero Orchards
Joe and Sandy Dondero of South Glastonbury will offer lettuce, peas, radishes, rhubarb, squash, cherries, asparagus, cucumbers, tomatoes and raspberries as well as seasonal fall and summer vegetables. A variety of fresh baked goods, jams and pickles will also be available.

Four Mile River Farm
Four Mile River Farm is a family run farm in Old Lyme, CT owned by Nunzio and Irene Corsino. They raise all natural angus steers with no added hormones, antibiotics or growth stimulants where they graze on natural, local pasture, corn silage and grain. They will also be offereing pork and fresh eggs. Their motto: family farming not factory farming.

The Hay House
David Brown will offer cut flowers, vegetables, eggs and jam. The Hay House farm, located in Old Saybrook, CT, is a multi-faceted operation, including the farm, an art studio and stupa. The farm is “off the grid” and operates according to ecologically sound principles.

Hidden Brook Gardens, LLC, is a certified organic farm located in Ledyard, CT. They specialize in fruit, vegetables and herbs and focus on heirloom varieties to encourage bio-diversity as well as excellent flavors. Paul Peters of Storrs, CT will offer fresh and seasonal produce such as strawberries, raspberries, peas, tomatoes, beans and greens.
Queen of Tarts
Chesters’ own, Laurel Johnson, a truly wonderful Queen of Tarts, will join us at the market offering her seasonal fruit pies, fruit tortes and delicious breakfast items like scones and sticky buns.
If you haven’t tasted one of Laurel’s pies, now’s your chance.
Roses Berry Farm
Roses Berry Farm will offer Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Apples and Pumpkins. All of the fruit used in the products of Roses Berry Farm is picked at the peak of ripeness, when all the color, aroma, and sweetness is at its fullest. Their pies, jams, vinegar, applesauce, blueberry and blueberry/raspberry toppings are all prepared in their farm kitchen. Rose's Berry Farm does not use any preservatives or juice concentrates.

Frank and Helene Ferrari of Chester, will be offering daylilies, a few perennials, and display their wonderful artwork.
Soeltl Farm
Soeltl Farm grows pasture-raised livestock, without growth hormones or persistant medicines, on their farm in Salem. Donna Lesczczynski claims “it just makes our job easier when our critters are happy.” Their animals are raised on seed products, whole grains, local forage products, grains and farmstead surplus. They offer beef, pork, chicken, turkey, goose, ducks and eggs.
